This year we've dedicated an entire day in Malvern to celebrating the start of the Christmas period. There are events going on all over the town, starting from 9am right the way through until 4pm. With Santa’s grotto and a carousel at Malvern Library, an arts & crafts market in the grounds of the Priory, local choirs and school bands performing throughout the day in Malvern Priory, there is something to entertain the whole family. Be sure not to miss the lantern parade up the high street that will kick-off the Big Light Switch-on hosted by Wyvern FM, with special guest appearances by Amy Thompson, from Channel 5’s Milkshake and Daisy the Cow! Click on the next tab for full details of the Big Light Switch-on! Needless to say it will be a day not to miss, with loads of fun and entertainment for all the family. You will find a complete list of all of the day’s events below.
Our biggest ever arts & crafts market in the Priory grounds will be where you’ll find the very best local artists who will inspire and delight. Browse the stalls and you are sure to pick up Christmas gifts for friends and family (or even just something for yourself!).
